Fencing grant update

Hey, this is Jonathan posting. I have submitted the USFA development grant and the equipment subsidy grant with the help of Adolfo Carcano, the vice-president and Mr. Carmicle who did the grammar check of our mission statement, thank you. I will post up the announcements as soon as I hear from USFA. They said they will announce in early February.
